About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website, to accounts created on it, and to orders placed through it. By using the website or placing an order you accept them. The use of Solplan programs is also governed by the Software License Agreement.

Accounts

You need an account to buy a license. Keep your password to yourself; activity on your account is treated as yours. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. We may close accounts used for fraud or for sharing license keys.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah and include the taxes stated at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. The license key is then issued to your account and sent by email. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is accepted.

Payment

Payments are processed by Midtrans. Solplan does not receive or store your card details.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

Consulting services

Design and consulting work is carried out under a separate written proposal or agreement. Where that document differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement applies.

Website content

Text, images, documentation and software on this website belong to Solplan unless stated otherwise. You may read and print pages for your own use. Other copying needs our permission.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Solplan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
