What personal data Solplan collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed), company name if you give one.
- Billing details: the name, address and phone number entered at checkout, and your order history.
- License data: your license keys and, when a program is activated, the key, the program version and an identifier of the computer it is activated on.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages visited, recorded in server logs and by the cookies described below.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account, issue licenses and deliver downloads.
- To process payments and keep the records that tax law requires.
- To answer support and sales questions.
- To stop license sharing and misuse of the website.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Who receives it
Midtrans processes payments and receives the details needed for that. Our hosting provider stores the website and its database. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are needed to sign in and to keep your cart and checkout working. It does not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Account and license data are kept while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting rules require. Messages are kept for as long as they are needed to answer them and follow up.
Your rights
Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw consent for processing that depends on consent. Send the request through the contact page.
Security
The website uses HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to the admin area is limited. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
