Refund Policy

Software licenses

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the license key has not been activated on any computer. We deactivate the key and refund the amount paid.

After a key has been activated, refunds are given only when the program does not work as described on its page and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time. Describe the problem in a support request first, so that we can try to fix it.

Renewals

A renewal can be refunded within 14 days of payment if the renewed term has not started yet.

Consulting services

Payments for design and consulting work follow the terms of the proposal or agreement for that project.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through the original payment method where Midtrans allows it, otherwise by bank transfer. They are processed within 14 days of approval.
